How many car park tickets can I order per match?
Each ticket holder can theoretically order 1 parking ticket, depending on availability, but for reasons of sustainability and to reduce traffic on match day, we recommend maximising the capacity of the vehicle.
When can I order?
Due to limited availability, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Orders can be placed up to the day before the respective match day. Please note that parking tickets are always sent as a Print@Home version and are only valid if they are printed out and shown at the entrance or are visible in the windscreen. On the day of the match itself, it will no longer be possible to purchase car park tickets at the stadium. How can I pay for the tickets?
In the Parkticket webshop, payment can be made by direct debit, PayPal and credit card. Prior registration with a customer account in the VfB online shop is required.
How will my order be processed?
When ordering via the ticket webshop, the purchase is completed within 1-2 working days.
Can I also order from abroad?
Yes, that's no problem. The tickets are sent digitally by email.
How are my car park tickets sent and what are the shipping costs?
No car park tickets will be sent by post. You will receive your car park ticket by automated email after completing the order process.
Can I return car park tickets?
It is generally not possible to return tickets for a refund. Exceptions to this rule: Cancellation of a match or if the match takes place in camera. Please read our APGB carefully.
Can I pass on the car park ticket?
In principle, it is not possible to pass on or resell car park tickets, as they are personal and non-transferable. However, you do not necessarily have to come in your own car. You can also travel in someone else's car and give them your parking ticket. The decisive factor is that you, as the person ordering the parking ticket, are in the car in which your parking ticket is located. The operator reserves the right to check the personal details of the car park ticket individually.

What is the minimum time I need to plan for the journey?
The exact journey time always depends on the starting point. However, it can generally be said that an increased journey time must be expected due to the increased volume of traffic and car park ticket control. In order to guarantee the smoothest possible journey, we ask you to stick to the route indicated on the car park ticket. We recommend travelling to the stadium early.
