Barrier-free
OUR SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
Westfalenhalle
People with disabilities pay special attention. We find the right event location for you and ensure that you can enjoy the event carefree. Here you will find some basic information:
Purchasing tickets
The optimal placement is planned individually for each occasion. We would therefore like to ask you to order your tickets at shop[VIA]westfalenhalle.de so that we can advise you personally: http://ticket.westfalenhallen.de
Alternatively, please use our contact form for tickets.

Parking space
We generally provide people with disabilities who have a blue additional parking permit for parking facilities with a parking space close to the event in parking areas A3/A4. However, please understand that it is not possible to predict in advance of an event how many visitors will show up with the "blue ID" and that parking spaces are limited. We therefore recommend that you arrive early.
Events in the Westfalenhalle
Entrance
At the Westfalenhalle there is a separate entrance for wheelchair users and people with walking disabilities to the right of the main entrance. This allows us to provide you with a convenient entrance.
Cloakrooms and toilets
The cloakrooms and disabled toilets are barrier-free accessible from the ground floor (shopping street). The Eurokey locking system ensures that these sanitary facilities are exclusively reserved for people with physical limitations.
Seating situation
Please note that only the interior is barrier-free. There is no elevator in the Westfalenhalle. All ranks can only be reached via stairs. Therefore, in your own interest, do not book places that are difficult for you to reach, as we may not be able to assist you quickly enough in the event of an emergency situation. A special stand is usually set up in the interior for wheelchair users. Please understand that capacities are limited. We therefore recommend ordering tickets for the event early.
Events in Halls 1 and 2
Please note that at events with seating, only the seats in the stalls are barrier-free.
