GLAUBE, LIEBE, MONSTER TOUR 2026 / 27

UNHEILIG with comeback single “Wunderschön”
New studio album LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER in March 2026
Major arena tour in fall/winter 2026/2027

After nine long years, the Count is finally back with new music with his band UNHEILIG and has announced an extensive arena tour for fall/winter 2026/2027. The comeback single “Wunderschön” is released, accompanied by a music video and a live performance at the “Goldene Henne” award ceremony in Leipzig on September 12, 2026. A brand new studio album entitled LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER will be released in March 2026. “Wunderschön” is the first musical preview of the new album LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER, which fans have been eagerly awaiting since the Count announced his comeback in February. And they will not be disappointed! Musically, “Wunderschön” seamlessly ties in with the great emotional songs and live moments with which Der Graf and Unheilig had played their way into the hearts of millions of fans during their unprecedented career before the curtain fell for the first time during a deeply moving concert at the Rhein-Energie-Stadion in Cologne on September 10, 2016. Exactly nine years to the day later, the curtain rises again with the announcement of the new album, the major arena tour, and the release of the first single, marking a new chapter in the remarkable history of Der Graf and Unheilig.

This is what the Count has to say about his new album and comeback single “Wunderschön”:
"Like every UNHEILIG album, the new studio album LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER is also a concept album. Over the past nine years, I've had plenty of time to gather my inspiration and creative ideas and put them into music. These are the themes and facets of my life that I want to share with people. My thoughts, experiences, dreams, fears, and emotions. Music has always been my language, and music is the best way for me to express myself. And the album title seemed fitting to me, to unite everything that my new songs are about." UNHEILIG has always been known for its wide musical range. From metal to pop, rock, and ballads to schlager and punk rock or alternative music and electro, UNHEILIG's musicality encompasses it all. We used to perform at Wacken and on Carmen Nebel's show, and this apparent balancing act is part of UNHEILIG's DNA, which remains the same on LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER. Accordingly, the album will feature a colorful mix of fast songs, harder songs, ballads, mid-tempo songs, and even pop-style tracks. It's all part of UNHEILIG." “Wunderschön” is a song about friendship and connection. And the wonderful feeling and gift of embracing each other again after a long time apart. Sharing memories, feeling safe, looking to the future together, spending time together, feeling close to each other. I believe that we all long for such moments and feelings. And we are happy when we experience them. After my departure, I had these moments and this time together. With my family, with friends, with people I hadn't seen in a long time. But now I'm also really looking forward to sharing these feelings and moments with my fans again. Of course, I missed them during all those years. And with people who have become important to me over the years. But whom I didn't see very often during my time as a private person. I just had to capture this “wonderful” feeling in a song."

About UNHEILIG
It was THE news story of the year. After Graf retired from the music scene and public life nine years ago, one of the most successful and popular music artists of recent decades surprised everyone in February with the announcement of a “BACK AGAIN” tour and the prospect of new music. Due to high demand, the initial six concerts quickly grew to 17 dates, with over 140,000 tickets sold so far. The news of the comeback was met with enthusiastic reactions from fans and also attracted a lot of media interest. It became impressively clear how big the gap and emotional void left by Der Graf and his band UNHEILIG since their departure in 2016 had been. A departure at the zenith of his career to date. With their successful album “Grosse Freiheit,” Der Graf and Unheilig have spent an impressive 159 weeks in the Top 100 of the official German album charts to date. On August 15, 15 years after its initial release in 2010, a special anniversary edition of the album was released, which once again placed in the top 10 of the album charts. To date, “Grosse Freiheit” has been certified platinum nine times, making it the most successful album by a German-speaking artist ever. The album also achieved multiple platinum status in Austria and Switzerland and influenced an entire generation of fans. This was followed by sold-out tours and concerts in front of millions of people and numerous awards, including the Golden Camera, the Bambi, five Echos alone, the Bundesvision Song Contest for North Rhine-Westphalia, the Comet, the Music Authors' Prize, and the Suisse Music Award. He deals with his stutter courageously and openly, winning the utmost respect of the public with his approachable, open-minded, and modest manner, but above all touching the hearts and lives of millions of people who identify with his songs and his personality.

Until, at the height of his success in 2015, he decided to step back from the limelight to spend more time with his family. For nine years, the count lived exclusively as a private citizen. He spent time with the people who were important to him, who for many years had not received the time and attention he would have liked to give them. And he devoted himself to a great passion: traveling across Europe in a motorhome and taking time to enjoy beautiful places and encounters with people. Nevertheless, he never stopped writing songs. Capturing his experiences, emotions, and thoughts in his own language: in music.
