UNHEILIG Releases Six New Songs on the “Winter Edition” of the Gold Album “LIEBE

Warmth and light for the soul! As the inevitably approaching cold and dark season draws near.With the “LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER Winter Edition” of his recently GOLD-certified current studio album “LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER,” GRAF and Unheilig are treating all fans to a special “encore” for their unwavering love and affection, which he has been privileged to experience since his musical comeback nearly a year ago. Following his completely sold-out “Wieder zurück” tour, the release of the new album—which debuted directly at No. 1 on the Official German Album Charts in March—and after all the wonderful shared moments and emotions of their reunion!

No fewer than six brand-new Unheilig songs, led by the new single “Meilenweit,” which will be released on September 4, can be found on the “Winter Edition,” as well as soulful and previously unreleased acoustic versions of some album tracks and the songs that GRAF as part of his appearance on the hit TV exchange concert “Sing meinen Song,” which moved many of the participating artists to tears. For GRAF himself, this marks an important milestone this year in what has been a highly emotional and moving past year.

It all began with his highly emotional musical comeback on the ARD show “Goldene Henne,” followed by his spectacular live comeback on the “Wieder zurück” tour—which included a dramatic fall from the stage in Leipzig right at the tour’s kickoff. This was followed by his TV comeback in front of over 10,000 spectators at Dortmund’s Westfalenhalle during Florian Silbereisen’s “Schlagerbooom.” Absolute highlights of the past year. A comeback carried on a wave of affection and the wonderful feeling of still holding a special place in fans’ hearts, even after nearly ten years away from the public eye.

Amid this phase of happiness and euphoria came a personal tragedy: the sudden death of my father, followed by the death of my mother just a few months later—and on the day before I was set to leave for the recording of this year’s StaTel episode of the TV show “Sing meinen Song – Das Tauschkonzert.”

And once again, a wave of sympathy and warmth. The feeling of not being alone, even in difficult times. With one’s own grief and loss. Supported and held, above all, by the musicians and through the music at “Sing meinen Song” in South Africa. They became friends and companions during this difficult time. Back from South Africa with peace in my soul, new energy for the celebrated summer concerts of the “Wieder zurück” tour. As part of that tour, Der GRAF and Unheilig were recently honored with a GOLDAWARD for their latest album at his concert in Berlin—just four months after its release!

Full of anticipation for the upcoming “LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER” arena tour, which will span an incredible 36 dates from November of this year through February 2027. Back on September 4 on the TV stage of the Goldene Henne, where the circle of a year comes full circle. A year that was a roller coaster of happiness and sorrow, of light and shadow—enough to fill a whole lifetime, not just a mere 12 months.

And emotions for which GRAF has always had this one outlet throughout his entire life: music! Songs and feelings, shared millions of times. Interwoven millions of times with people’s personal life stories and experiences. From the depths of the heart, straight into people’s hearts. A special connection that is extremely rare in today’s music scene—one that is unique and unparalleled.

And for that, GRAF is now saying “thank you” in his own way: he has recently written and recorded six new songs. They can be found on the Winter Edition of the GOLD album “LIEBE GLAUBE MONSTER.” Songs that reflect what has moved him over the past few months. Led by the new single “Meilenweit,” a positive anthem to the future, to courage, and to lightheartedness.

In gratitude for the experiences on “Sing meinen Song”—including the songs he was able to perform from the repertoire of his swap-concert colleagues. These can also be found on the Winter Edition.

And, yes: since the dark and cold season is just around the corner, the Winter Edition also features “Schneemannslied”—a song that conjures up a cozy, warm, and peaceful feeling in our hearts, even in the bitter cold. A feeling of arrival, of coming “home,” of security.
