EGERLÄNDER und OBERKRAINER - Das ultimative Gipfeltreffen Tournee 2024

After several successful "Gipfeltreffen", two ensembles with decades of tradition are joining forces for more than just individual concerts. In April 2024, Ernst Hutter & Die Egerländer Musikanten - Das Original and Sašo Avsenik & his Oberkrainer will embark on their first joint tour of Germany, performing their greatest hits together.

Ernst Mosch and Slavko Avsenik set new standards with their orchestras in the 1950s. Their sounds, inspired by jazz harmonies and swinging rhythms, continue to provide pure joie de vivre across generations to this day. Today's orchestras are direct successors and follow in the tradition of their founding fathers, promising musical fireworks "from the original". For over 22 years, Ernst Hutter has led the legendary Original Egerländer Musikanten, who go on tour with 19 musicians, a vocal duo and a presenter. Passion and skill, great music and the highest quality - this is still the formula for success of the world's most successful brass band almost 70 years after it was founded.

Sašo Avsenik & his Oberkrainer have been entertaining their fans with fun, ease and joy of playing for more than ten years now. In 2009, seven young musicians formed around Slavko's grandson Sašo to pursue their musical passion and carry on their grandfather's captivating music. Slavko and his brother Vilko supported the new generation of musicians from the very beginning with all their knowledge, creativity and inexhaustible wealth of experience. The combination of tradition and youthfulness, coupled with an unbelievable amount of musicality and enthusiasm, has proved to be an unbeatable blend.

Both ensembles have already performed together at various "summit meetings" in Germany and Austria, laying the foundations for their first tour of Germany. Sašo Avsenik and Ernst Hutter will once again bring their bands together on stage to perform their most popular songs, such as "Trompetenecho", "Auf der Vogelwiese" and "Südböhmische Polka", to the delight of the audience. The Egerländer and Oberkrainer tour guarantees a unique concert experience full of joie de vivre, deep, honest emotions and musical perfection in spring 2024.
