Ein Nostalgietrip par excellence!

MASSACHUSETTS lets its audience take part in the most important stages of this exceptional band with a rousing musical biographical show. From the beginnings of the first single release over 50 years ago to "To Love Somebody" and "Massachusetts", the hot Saturday Night Fever period and their last great album "You Win Again" at the end of the 80s.

"The most successful family band of all time" according to the Guinness Book of Records! The Gibb brothers formed as a pop band in Australia in 1958 and scored their first hits. They returned to the UK together in 1966 - the teen stars were already hugely popular. But that was just the beginning: in the 70s, one global hit followed the next. In 1978, the BEE GEES had five songs in the top ten of the US charts at the same time, with Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb holding the first three places for weeks.  Musically very authentic and also visually and emotionally very close to the original - that is this journey through the history of the BEE GEES phenomenon. All the big hits will be played, the early songs as well as the late ones.

THE ITALIAN BEE GEES will take on the musical part. The ambitious Italian Egiziano brothers (they really are three brothers!) are in close contact with the Gibb family and have been following in the footsteps of their great idols for years. They have already gained a sworn fan base worldwide and have the sole legitimacy of the Gibb brothers to represent the name and musical heritage. The three were also able to inspire the original Bee Gees keyboardist from 1975 to 1982, Blue Weaver, for the musical and engage him live for this performance. They are joined by Vince Melouney, guitarist from 1967 to 1969.

MASSACHUSETTS - BEE GEES MUSICAL tells history and stories: Photos, video recordings and interviews will be shown on a large screen above the stage. Short play scenes take you through the Gibb brothers' career. The dance scenes of course revive the disco era in particular. Two additional singers present the fascinating songs that the BEE GEES composed during their career for great artists such as Barbra Streisand and Dionne Warwick. An extraordinary event about three extraordinary brothers. A tribute to the BEE GEES. The stages of their fame brought to the stage as a musical.

Much more than just a concert: a nostalgia trip par excellence!
