Traditional Dortmund Christmas Record Fair on December 26th
It has been an integral part of Christmas for many music fans in Germany for decades. We are talking about the traditional Dortmund Record Fair, which always takes place on Boxing Day, December 26th in the Westfalenhallen.
100 exhibitors from Germany and abroad present over 1 million records from all genres of music, from good old vinyl records (= real music, not ephemeral music files) to the latest new releases on CD. Collectors' accessories and fan souvenirs are also on offer.
So whether you are looking for rarities or canned music for little money, the event is a must for anyone with ears. The opportunity to exchange gifts of money you have received for sound carriers and to give yourself or others a Christmas present that sounds great.
So be sure to drop by: Friday, 26.12.2025 (public holiday) (11 am - 4 pm), Dortmunder Schallplatten- Börse in the Westfalenhallen.
