ANDRÉ RIEU - The Grand Germany Tour 2026
Starting in February, global superstar André Rieu will finally be performing LIVE in Germany again! Due to his tremendous success, he has now announced three additional concerts for 2026.
On November 14, 2026, André Rieu will be performing at the Westfalenhalle in Dortmund.
With over 40 million albums sold and more than 700,000 visitors annually, André Rieu is undoubtedly one of the most successful live acts of our time. His major tours regularly take him to sold-out venues worldwide. Rieu travels with over 100 people, including several chefs, a doctor, and a fitness trainer. Over 22 million followers follow the Dutch global star on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and he has over 2 million monthly listeners on Spotify. "Germany is like a second home to me. The passion and enthusiasm of the audience are simply unique. I can't wait to be back on stage and touch people's hearts with my orchestra!" says André Rieu. In 2026, audiences can once again look forward to a romantic and diverse program that includes a mix of opera, pop, musicals, film music, evergreens, and, of course, cheerful waltzes.
André Rieu's unique concerts captivate audiences not only with his captivating music, but also with his humorous stage presence. In addition, the elaborate costumes, magnificent stage decorations, and impressive lighting effects enchant people of all ages and from all walks of life. In his anniversary year 2025, André Rieu will release his new album “Thank You, Johann Strauss” – an opulent tribute to the “Waltz King,” the entire Strauss family, and their immortal musical legacy.
The album will be released worldwide on November 7, 2025, and consists of three CDs with a total of 39 tracks, as well as a bonus DVD with unforgettable live recordings of Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra. Highlights include classics such as “The Blue Danube,” “Emperor Waltz,” “Viennese Blood,” “Roses from the South,” and the “Radetzky March.” Rieu describes the album as “the most beautiful soundtrack to a year full of celebrations,” with which he celebrates the 200th birthday of Johann Strauss.
Strauss' music connects people worldwide and brings them joy—especially in challenging times. With this album, the Dutch violinist and conductor invites his fans to celebrate life, love, and the waltz—in the spirit of his musical idol Johann Strauss.
